Waren vollkommen zufrieden, auch nach dem Service. Es wurde schnell eine Lösung für uns gefunden.

Dass der Zugangscode einfach geändert wurde, ohne uns zu informieren. Jedoch war man sehr bemüht uns schnellstmöglich eine Lösung anzubieten, was hervorragend funktioniert hatte. Toller Service.

The room is spacious.

Our stay at this accommodation was the worst experience of my life. When we arrived at the room, it had not been cleaned at all since the previous guest checked out. All the towels were used, the bed was a mess, and there was trash and cigarette butts in the kitchen and throughout the room. I immediately sent a message to the accommodation, but received no response. We had no choice but to spend the night in a smelly bed, making it an awful night. The accommodation did not respond to us even the next day, so I had no choice but to ask my German friend to make a call on our behalf. I sent another message regarding this issue, expressing my frustration, but the reply I received was completely irrelevant. There was no apology whatsoever, and I am extremely angry about the situation. I couldn’t help but feel that we were treated unfairly, as if we were being discriminated against because we are Asian. If you don’t want to ruin a stay with someone important to you, you should avoid staying at this accommodation.

Spacious apartment, modern kitchen, looked like it was recently renovated, there was a balcony as well and the beds were comfy.

The water in the shower drains very very slowly, which means if you shower for longer than 5 minutes you are gonna get water outside the shower in the bathroom. The street in front of the bedroom can be slightly noisy at times. Sadly you can't cover the windows completely so if you need total darkness to sleep that's an issue. Wasn't one for us though.

Nice and clean place. Furniture is very nice but needs some renovation. The house is located at a very noisy street and a busy police station across the road. Had to sleep with Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones to surpress the traffic noise. All in all, a good place for people not having problems with noisy roads.

The apartment is lovely and near the city center and main train station. The host was very nice and let us check in early.

Apartment was clear and nice. There was caffe machine easy to make a caffe. There were nice balcony to drink wine. Good location!
