good location. Beautiful apartment, comfortable bed.

one towel had a big hole, which shocked us. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not fixed and was leaking. all night we listened to water dripping from it... the air conditioner in the living room turned on and off by itself. some dishes in the drawers were dirty.

The accommodation is close to the city center but in a quiet street.

When booking the room, it is not clear which of the rooms shown in the pictures is booked. It is also not clear where the car is parked. It is not clear that the underground garage cannot be used and that you can only park in the external parking lot of another building.

Good location (15 minute walk from Krupowki street), aparatment was really nice with lovely interior decorating and great view from the balcony.

Landlord was 30 minutes late to meet for dropping off key (despite multiple times ringing to say he was round the corner and giving an hours notice as advised by owners), told on arrival that we were not able to park in underground parking despite this being advertised on website (meant that car was on a curfew every night having to be back at the house for 8pm to park on neighbours drive - owners of neighbours drive close gate at 8pm and not allowed to ring doorbell to ask for this to be opened!), weren’t shown or told about any of the additional facilities on the property so didn’t learn about where sauna was until final morning of stay, no shower gel / soap provided, TV’s in bedroom and front room weren’t smart TVs so no Netflix available (only one channel on TV in Polish). Not having a lockbox on property means you’re restricted in waiting for landlord to arrive to leave on the final morning. Don’t accept card payment for additional fee on arrival so had to drive to cash machine to take out money to pay. Most of the above are easy wins for landlords that could have made stay much more enjoyable but for these reasons, would not recommend staying here.
