wonderful modern apartment in old building, walk up 2 flights, was very comfortable, clean and quiet. it is one block from restaurants and 2 blocks into Ortigia. 10 minute walk from train, bus across street. lots of shops and restaurants nearby , perfect location. we loved it, stayed a full.week. saw all the sites of siracuse within a 30 minute walk or less. had washing machine in hallway, but no maid service.

the entrance and stairway, and courtyard for garbage could have better lighting and maintenance.

The location is amazing, right next to the bridge that leads to Ortigia Island. There are two convenient minimalists around the corner and plenty of coffee shops for a delicious Italian breakfast. The apartment is splendid, the kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge was stocked with drinks.

The parking spots are few and hard to secure.

-Modern, clean apartment with great facilities. Small balcony (for people watching/hanging out your clothes), washing machine, air conditioner. -Buses to Fontane Bianchi (beach) and local buses accessible just across the road -short walking distance to Ortigia -Rita was very easy to communicate with and helpful with regards to buses and storing our luggage/late check out.

-very small thing, but having to have a key to exit the main building exit made me nervous (fire hazard). The apartment itself is gorgeous

Great apartment with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Location is very good , close to shops and main street . Our hostess was extremely helpful .We had everything we needed for our stay and would happily stay in the same place , don't hesitate either , the apartment is great !

Rita , the host, is an amazing, wonderful person, friendly and ready to help anytime with anything . The flat is great, has everything you need at high professional standards. I was amazed and happy with everything I have used or seen around the flat. Haven't had the chance to meet Rita in person, we've communicated excellent via WhatsApp , but just observing how perfect everything is arranged and organised in the flat, the instructions on how to get the keys and get to the flat, , then in the flat all the other detailed info you need for your staying , she's definitely a person that knows everything about hospitality, an absolute professional in the field, and surely a lovely human! The property is perfectly located at very short walking distance to either superb island of Ortigia, or train station, or Siracusa main town. You have lots of places and options to eat around, shops and supermarkets as well. Siracusa is breathtakingly beautiful and Pasitea is the perfect location and accommodation for anyone who wants to enjoy a great holiday in this pearl of Sicily !
