Location. Very warm. Close to shops

No proper oven. No toaster No tea towel for drying hands after food prep. Burn on table. No smart tv or instructions. We can’t all read polish! No body to meet and greet. No apartment manual. Very dirty pillowcases on bedding. Heavily stained. Need changing. Behind furniture not cleaned. Broken window cill. Very sharp edges. Cracked shower tray. Very unstable.

Great place, clean and close to Krupówek.

Location, clean

Good place in the center of Zakopane. Krupowki street is 3 minutes from the apartment. In the kitchen there were a lot of equipment and dishes for cooking.

It would be more comfortable to have self-service check-in system or provide clients in advance with information where to go or who to call on arrival day. We arrived and imagined that we will find reception but had to call for two different telephone numbers, then we got the keys from the third person. There where no directions or sign that we came to right place. Personally for us, smooth check-in means a lot. Flat was quite clean and general view is good but a lot of small things didn't work. For e.g. air extraction fan in the bathroom was making noise like it was broken and was half out of its place that looked scary. During rainy days we wanted to dry our shoes. We found heater in a closet that blew only cold air. Towels hangers in the bathroom also were loose and not comfortable. Also there were only hand soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, body gel or conditioner. We stayed 4 nights and it was left 3 tablets for dishwasher. Maybe it's easy to calculate how many tablets can use family during 4 days. One hand towel in the bathroom was with hole and several stains. Pillows of exterior furniture in the balcony looked like I didn't want to sit down on them. Wall o'clock doesn't work, but maybe nobody cares. :) So these were a lot small details which affected our opinion during stay. Maybe price should be lower, then it would be ok.
