The room is very basic, with not many amenities. Is not very spacious but is okay for a sleep.

All arrivo non c'era praticamente nessuno, un signore ci ha consegnato la chiave e basta. Manca il phon in stanza. Internet funziona poco. Se avete problemi motori chiedete le stanze al piano terra altrimenti c'è da fare le scale.

Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική!! Σε 5 λεπτα εισαι στα μαγαζια της Βασιλικής με αμάξι και πολυ κοντα στις πιο γνωστές παραλίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικός. Είχαμε ενα πρόβλημα με τον νεροχύτη και μας το έφτιαξε άμεσα μόλις τον ενημερώσαμε. Το δωμάτιο ηταν καθαρό με υπέροχη θέα.

There appears to have been a significant miscommunication with the management. I encourage you to review the messages I sent through your platform, along with the manager’s responses, for clarity. Parking was particularly challenging—there are only four spots available for the entire building, which contains approximately 16 to 18 rooms. The appliances provided were largely outdated, with many either broken or damaged. Additionally, the unit was missing several basic essentials, including a shower curtain and a clothes airer. Hot water was consistently unavailable between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and several other small but expected items—such as cutlery, a hairdryer, and an iron—were not provided. After staying for a week, we realized that the property is primarily used for short stays of one or two nights. It seems, unfortunately, that this has led to a lack of attention to maintenance and guest experience.
