Location was great, room was not advertised correctly as it did not have a balcony yet the description stated a balcony. No host on arrival and as far as cleanliness, it was infested with baby cockroaches running around in the bathroom

Location was great, room was not advertised correctly as it did not have a balcony yet the description stated a balcony. The staircase entrance to the room is a death trap and liability for legal action. Rude and obnoxious host who didnt respond to calls or messages on arrival. As far as cleanliness, it was infested with baby cockroaches running around in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. If you fix your description online properly by someone who is native English and replace the property manager with someone who knows what customer service means it would be good value for money.
