"Modern, good value flat… can’t use the balcony"

It was comfortable and quiet… pretty modern inside with a nice bathroom and AC (which was necessary). Also the parking was useful. Walkable to the centre.

Couldn’t use the balcony as the AC fan took up all the space (the should change the name haha). The entrance to the building was really shabby (needs a new door and the entrance needs painting) and the area immediately around the flat seemed a little bit dodgy…

The location is great right in the centre near to the restaurants, bars and shopping centre. The apartment room was clean and comfortable.

The key collection needs explaining in more detail because once you pass through the one way system, you have to go all the way round again. The hotel where the keys are kept can easily be missed. The parking has no lift or stairs so you have to walk up the ramp. The front door and stairway needs painting.

Good underground car park. Close to city centre. Comfortable bed.

Sofa uncomfortable. No door on bedroom.
