La ubicación y el estado del piso… está muy bien ubicado y eso estado es excelente Teresa es encantadora y muy amable. Lo de tener aparcamiento incluso es casi lo mejor de la estancia .

Teresa fue una anfitriona excepcional, nos recibió en el ingreso al edificio, nos mostró el apartamento y se aseguró que todo estuviera perfecto. El departamento es amplio, limpio y luminoso con mucho espacio de guardado. Ubicación céntrica, muy práctico para recorrer Zaragoza. Eramos 3 adultos y nos pareció muy cómodo y acogedor. Cuenta con microondas, tostadora, cafetera, jarra eléctrica, lavavajilla, lavarropas y secarropas, muy bien equipado, como se muestra en las fotos.

Todo perfecto! Solo consideraría colocar un soporte en la ducha para el jabón, gel de ducha, shampoo, etc.

"Three day winter break in Zaragoza"

Lovely appartment very well placed in the centre near the old town. Parking was a bonus, although not on site it was nearby. Appartment was well equipped with thoughtful extras. Theresa met us and was both efficientand friendly. Short walk to sights, tapas and music bars, shops and restauants. The apparment was spotlessly clean and cosy warm. Beds are very comfortable.

Very noisy Street cleaning vehicle passing appartment at 2am in the morning and other noises from the road. It was generally quiet but the sudden and very loud noise woke us. There were also nearby building works in the day but this stopped after 5pm and didnt start until after 9.30.

A comfortable, well equipped apartment located in central Zaragoza, just a five minute walk away from all the tapas bars in El Tubo. Communication with host Teresa was very good, and she met us on arrival to park the car and show us around the apartment.

Nice apartment close to the local sites. Place included parking and apartment had air conditioning which was perfect because we visit during a heat wave.

fab location, clean modern flat, good kitchen facilities and excellent shower (hot with good pressure). The flat was nicely finished, clean and modern, it was on a higher floor but there were lifts so it was no problem at all and the higher the better for the views. The internet was good, parking was fab (a few doors down but very secure and central). Very friendly and helpful host available on messaging
