La ubicacion excelente. La atencion de Teresa perfecto incluso pudimos dejar las maletas antes de la hora y tambien despues de la salida pudiendo disfrutar del dia mas comodamente.

La calle es un poco sucia y algo ruidosa.

La ubicación, está a 5 minutos andando del casco en el cuál se encuentra el Pilar y al ir en Navidad todo estaba en la plaza del Pilar, pista de patinaje, belén gigante, etc... El parking, no está en el mismo edificio pero sí muy cerca y es muy difícil aparcar por esa zona porque no suele haber aparcamiento.

El barrio donde se encuentra ubicado el apartamento, está deteriorado y sucio. Estuvimos un fin de semana, el viernes muy bien, aunque la dueña ya nos advirtió que no apagaramos la caldera y no lo hicimos, pero el sábado le pasamos todo el día fuera y cuando llegamos estaba el piso muy frío y los radiadores también, el domingo cuando nos levantamos ni calefacción ni agua caliente así que se lo dijimos a la dueña pero nos teníamos que ir, así que no sé si lo solucionó, aunque seguramente ella ya sabía que la caldera no iba bien por lo que nos dijo al llegar. Creo que cuando alquilas algo debe estar revisado, ya que no es nada barato.
