The apartment was in a convenient location and the receptionist was initially polite and acknowledged that the check-in process had caused difficulties for other guests as well. The key collection process itself worked as instructed, and I was able to access the apartment without technical issues. Unfortunately, the positive aspects were overshadowed by the events that followed and the way the situation was handled afterwards.

There was smoke coming from the building when I arrived, and later on the presence of police, firefighters, and civil protection personnel made the situation even more concerning. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there and decided to book alternative accommodation. What I found most disappointing was that, instead of receiving a full refund due to the circumstances, the reservation was later marked as a "no-show" even though I had completed the check-in process, collected the keys, and accessed the apartment. I still have not received a satisfactory explanation regarding the cancellation or the withheld funds. Overall, the experience was stressful, poorly handled, and far below what I expected.

jako velik i prostran apartman, kuhinja i wc odvojeni od spavaćih soba dovoljno da ne čuješ nikog i da možeš mirno spavati, lokacija odlična u mirnoj uličici u centru

jedini minus je što se ključevi preuzimaju na drugoj lokacji koja je blizu ali ako imaš dosta prtljage ili si došao s autom može biti malo mezgodno

La amplitud de los espacios, dormitorios, baño, salón. Equipado en su totalidad y muy limpio.

Poca luz en el interior del apartamento, pero contando que es muy céntrico, es normal.

El apartamneto estuvo muy bien. Muy cerca de la Palza del Pìlar Por la noche muy silencioso

Fuimos con carrito de bebé y no había ascensor, tuvimos que subir las maletas y el carro a pulso. El baño tenía poca iluminación La calle era peculiar,

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de la Pilarica y del centeo en general. Apartamento grande, camas cómodas, cocina bien equipada, y personal atento.
