- location is perfect - 10 - very warm - 10 - clean - 9 - bed in the bedroom - 8 - kitchenette in the living room - 8

I would have given 9 for the whole appartment if the additional bed in the living room was at least OK - bed in the living room - 1 (the biggest disappointment and it needs to be changed ASAP) I slept 2 nights on it as it is, and i got my pain in my back because there is some hard wooden part from the bed construction that presses on the body. fortunately the owner gave me duvet that i used as additional cushion and the sleeping on the bed was bearable. There are spots in the apartment that needs a little bit od TLC, but none of those is to worry about. bathroom at the moment 6 (sink needs to be tightened up, it is wobbly, and the shower should be changed soon)
