This apartment is in the perfect location and lots of space. The problem I had is there was zero communication with the owner until 30 minutes before checking in to give you instructions. When I booked this apartment the auto response said I would receive information how to get into the property on a separate email. I tested, emailed and called multiple times and no response. So for that reason it doesn't get a perct score. It was very stressful arriving not knowing how to enter. Please don't expect any response from the owners until 30 minutes before the time to enter.

No response from owner.

Location is the only good thing I can mention

They only communicated in spanish. I asked 2 times where can we leave our luggage but no answer. When we arrived they just finished cleaning (1,5 hour later than check in time). The apartment does not have a terrace or balcony. Also no coffee machine. Many details were thorn and old. Windows not closing properly, its a loud spot in the city.

The location is the only good thing about the place.

Dirty. Barely working facilities. Broken TV.

No, esta sucia, las camas son incomodas y el agua de la ducha no sale con potencia, se acaba el agua caliente y no cuela el agua de los lavamos y ducha

Świetnie położenie w centrum Walencji. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone

Mały minus gospodarz nie odpowiada na przesyłane wiadomości. Kod dostępu dostałam na pół godziny przed godzina zameldowania. Ale to tylko uwaga żeby się nie stresować. Poza tym wszystko ok
