Santos Hills Zlatibor

Nice apartment, everything is as in the pictures. Terrace with chairs and a small table where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. Cleanliness, except for the kitchen. Close to the lake, cool, quiet area, parking in front of the building.

The lady who received us was nice but she doesn't speak any other language other Serbian, the instructions for the TV, wifi, and other messages from the apartment addressed to the guests are also only in Serbian. We cannot respect them if we do not understand what we have to do. The reservation was for 5 people, the bedrooms were prepared for 4 , but for the fifth person I couldn't find bed linen (duvet cover, sheet). In the bathroom a roll and a half of toilet paper (for 2 nights, 5 people), in the kitchen the wall, the objects around the cooking device, the plates were full of oil splashes. In the bathroom, the water drips from the shower stall and there is no cloth or mop to wipe the water that comes out. And I confirm an earlier comment, I think from 2022, about the patio door roller being stuck.

Lovely apartment, with good facilities. 5 minutes walk to the centre of Zlatibor, so very convenient. Good communication about getting into the apartment and from the owner beforehand. Beds were comfortable and clean. Liked the fact that some condiments etc were in the apartment. Lovely apartment and we will definitley use it again.

Minor things that could have made things even better... The shower leaks onto the floor in the bathroom so a suitable mat would be useful. Would like something to wash up e.g. sponge, there was liquid but nothing to use to wash with.

Apartment has a great location in a new house between pine trees. It has lots of useful stuff. It looks new, but in fact a little bit “tired”.

As I said in “+” the apartment is a little bit “tired” - scratches on furniture, broken roller blinds on the balcony door, fridge door that doesn’t close properly. Also it would be great to have a bath mat or at least towel, because the floor is really cold in the bathroom. Such things are not critical but spoil impression. But what upset me most-the dishes were greasy, we ought to wash them before use. And be aware, the closet door near the entrance hit the ceiling lamp, when you open it 😆

Nice and comfortable place. Less than 10 minutes walk to main square. Very quiet. A bit of forest setting with trees outside the windows. Host was very quick to respond and the responses were helpful. All good.
