Die Lage war gut da Zentrumsnah.

Spritzender Wasserhahn im Bad, Wasserablauf des Waschbeckens verstopft, sehr laut da an verkehrsreicher Straße gelegen, sehr hellhöriges Haus ( Nachbar veranstaltete mitten in der Nacht Möbelrücken).

A személyzet rendkívül kedves, rugalmas és segítőkész volt.

Kicsivel a hangszigetelés lehetett volna jobb. Tudom, hogy a belváros zajos de lehetett volna kicsit jobb. De nem volt nagy probléma.

El apartamento olía a humedad, terriblemente, paredes con moho y un ruido en la calle, que no dejaba dormir, por ser un bajo. El lavabo, no tragaba bien y el agua se acumulaba. El edredón sucio y los muebles muy viejos y deteriorados. Protestamos y pedimos cambio. Nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos pero que nos devolverian el dinero pagado, integramente ! Estoy esperando el pago !

Very central. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds. Lots of hot water for showering.

Extremely noisy as there is no double glazing and the apartment opens directly onto a busy street. Bring ear plugs. Quite cold at night, (February). We had to request extra heating as there was only one small wheeled heater. Not nearly enough. There was no evidence of air conditioning, so in the summer it would be unbearable. I was assured before the trip that there would be heating and air conditioning. The sofa in the living room was SOAKING wet and we sat on it, soon realising that our clothes were also soaking wet. Apparently it had been recently cleaned, it did not dry out at all.
