Very nice apartment in a good location. Recommendations for everyone who searches for good value for money.

Construction around.

The apartment has one bedroom. It is equipped ok for a short stay.

There is no dining table, not even a small one. So we had to eat on the small shank with 2 chairs only. So 2 of us were eating standing, which for us as a family of 4 was not convenient at all. The apartment is right next to a building that is under construction (June 2023). The workers start working at 7 am sharp and left us with no sleep for 4 nights (this made us leave the apartment very early on the last day). The lack of good sleep impacted the kids the most. While I do understand that this is out of the control of the owner of the flat, it is the courtesy and within the expected hospitality principles to at least give us a hint that there is an ongoing construction nearby, and then it would have been up to us to decide if we would like to keep the reservation or cancel it. Also, within the frame of another good hospitality principle, is when you rent an apartment within the building that has a swimming pool the right (latest) prices and regulations need to be checked with the hotel and informed to the guest. We were told one price by the owner based on the age regulations for the kids based on which we calculated our budget, and when we arrived the regulations were totally different, which resulted in paying extra for using the pool.

It is a nice, clean and good apartment. The spa and wellness are very good.

All excelent. Recommend to visit this apartment. From location, furniture, details in apartment ...all we sow is for 10. SPA is also very good.

The apartment is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It has very nice details that make it a lovely place to stay at. The facilities of the building (indoor pool, sauna, hydromassage) are very good and not expensive to use (1000 dinars a 1.5h slot)

Even though it says it’s a non smoking property, the apartment is impregnated with cigarrette smell, which is terrible for non smokers like us. The smell was something I couldn’t be happy about, which is a shame because the cleaness was perfect.
