Tiszta, igényes. Ingyenes parkolás az udvarban. A belváros 3 perc sétára, kb. 300 m. A belépés kóddal megy, a kulcs a falon elrejtve.

Lehetne melegebb a szobában, nem tudtuk megfejteni honnan jön a fűtés. Nem volt egyáltalán hideg, pár fok kellett volna. A TV lapos, de régi, csatorna nem jött be semmi.
