VIP Apartamenty Tetmajera Centrum 2

It was horrible, like in prehistoric times...no internet access, no signal, no wifi, no daylight...it's in the basement. Unprepared beds, dirty bed covers... no excuses. My worst accommodation so far... When you pick up the keys, you pay a deposit of 120 euros and they keep it. I'm already a week after my stay and they still haven't returned the deposit and didn't even let me know. Maximum audacity.

It was a great place to stay, not too far from the main road. Great amenities, we had everything we needed in the property. Nice spacious bathroom, comfortable couch bed and cozy main bed. The room had ample storage space. Very clean, beautiful, quite place.

Firstly, picking up keys. The Reception was way far from the actual accommodation, in opposite direction. We had to walk a lot just to pick keys and reach our room. Same was the case while returning them. We had to catch an early morning bus, and it was very inconvenient to go to reception to drop off the keys and then go to our bus stop. Secondly, the wifi was not good. The connection was lost every few mins. And all of us could not stay connected at the same time.

NOTHING EXCEPT THE LOCATION FROM CENTER

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. 1. SHOWER WAS HAVING HOT AND COLD WATER IN BETWEEN WHILE HAVING BATH. THE BATHROOM DRAINAGE WAS NOT GOOD. WATER USED TO STUCK IN THE BATHROOM. 2. WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. 3. APARTMENT WAS NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. WE FOUND ANTS THAT WERE ROAMING EVERYWHERE. 4. WE LEFT THE APARTMENT 1 DAY BEFORE AS WE FOUND SOME INSECTS ROAMING ON THE BED. IT MIGHT BE RISKY IF THOSE INSECTS GO TO MY 4-MONTH-OLD BABY'S EARS/NOSE OR MOUTH. WHEN INFORMED ABOUT THIS BY THE OWNER, WE GOT A COLD REPLY THAT THESE ARE HARMLESS BUGS. SO DOES THAT MEAN ITS OKAY TO HAVE ON OUR BED? DOES THAT MEAN ITS OKAY IF IT GOES INSIDE BABY'S EARS? WHAT ABOUT HYGIENE? 5. PROPERTY OWNER STOPPED PICKING UP MY CALLS, THERE WERE 3 NUMBERS BUT NONE OF THEM WERE ANSWERING MY CALLS. 6. GETTING THE KEYS TO THE APARTMENT WAS REALLY ANNOYING AS WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE TO PICK IT UP THE KEYS WITH ALL OUR LUGGAGE. 7. PROPERTY OWNER HANDED OVER A BUNCH OF KEYS AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHICH KEYS ARE FOR WHICH ONE. WE WERE STRUGGLING TO FIND THE RIGHT KEYS FOR THE SECURITY GATE, THEN THE MAIN DOOR, AND THEN ANOTHER LOCK. JUST IMAGINE THIS SITUATION AT 9 PM AND OUTSIDE ITS RAINING AND YOUR BABY IS CRYING.
