*Book with extreme caution We have booked 2 bed apartment at VIP Gorace Zrodla Centrum which had onsite parking and wifi as per booking.com and confirmation from booking.com had these as well. Upon on arrival after driving 2000km was told there is no onsite parking , there is free on road parking . Upon investigation the parking is charged between 8am-9pm so not quite free. There is no onsite parking with the apartment-1 level ( we did not book -1 level -this is where VIP put us). Complained to VIP who referred us to their policy stating that -1 apartment does not have WiFi and parking which is not what we paid for on booking.com and was basically by the representative take it or leave it even though VIP have many apartments in Zakopane and could quite easily honoured what we have paid for and be more customer focused especially driving long distance but … their customer service level fell extremely short and I would not even rate it zero. All they kept it referring to what we have booked (which you can only find at very bottom of the page in PDF file). VIP apartments are providing also misleading information as in the confirmation PDF file on one site of the page you can clearly see message saying 1 allocated parking space and right opposite that you can see no free car parking or wifi within property ( which this policy covers everything in their favour). We also have been told by representative on the arrival that we won’t find secure parking anywhere in Zakopane. At the ninth hour rival company found us 2 bed apartment with pool, hot tub/jacuzzi ( which the Leisure hours are opened even longer) with onsite parking at half the cost which is also much closer to the city centre. I cannot verify the other reviews of the property as we never step inside but nothing really would surprise us the way VIP dealt with the matter and even if they were offering at 10zl a night I doubt very much we would accept it.
