Overall everything is good, I only write "minuses" :-) On Booking, the booking confirmation does not have photos of the apartments you booked, and from a large bunch of general photos of all the apartments it is really impossible to distinguish which one is your apartment, so you only see what you get when you arrive ... There was not a single air conditioner in both of our apartments, although there are some on the general photos. In one of the apartments there is a very small sink in the bathroom, and a protruding bar hangs above it, which made it difficult to perform the procedures.

The appartment was reasonably clean and quiet. The indoor parking space was a nice feature.

Few options for eating out around the accomodation. There is a bus station close by, but if you prefer walking, it's around 1h to get to Zakopane city center. We had to keep the staff up to date with our check in time even though you can easily self check-in. It's inconvenient when you travel from afar, by car and the host needs 1h nootice to get to the place. In the end we arrived earlier than we expected so we had to wait for the host. They decided to share the self check-in info over the phone in the end, because they were stuck in a traffic jam. Which by the way it's a common thing in Zakopane. We concluded that the only reason thr host needs to be present at check-in, is to collect the 300PLN safety deposit. Which by the way, needs to be cash. We exchanged the ammount ahead of our arrival but the host did not collect in the end.

Apartment was suitable for a ski holiday. 3 spaces to sleep, including a nice attic room with 4 single beds that our kids used. Host was very nice, helpful and responsive. The location was good for the Nosal ski slopes, within walking distance. The apartment was well furnished, had everything we needed for a short stay.

Slightly expensive compared what we were hoping to pay.
