Świetny taras z grillem i cudownym widokiem na Giewont. Apartament przestronny, ładnie urządzony.

Zaplamione poduszki na krzesłach w salonie, wymagają wymiany. Jako minus oceniam konieczność zapłaty 400 zł zadatku, zwracanego dopiero kilka dni po wyjeździe.

Patiko vieta, vaizdas iš apartamentų, švara. Parkingas kieme nemokamas, pakankamai geras wifi. Kambariai: miegamasis, svetainė kartu su virtuve. Virtuvėje visi reikmenys maisto gaminimui, virdulys, šaldytuvas, mikrobangė. Puikiai tilpo 3 suaugę ir vaikas. Vonioje dušas, šildomas gyvatukas.

Išgulėtos miegamojo lovos bei nebuvo skambimo mašinos.

Apartment was very cosy and had an amazing view. I loved all the wooden furnishing and all the decorations . Very clean and we had a comfortable stay in . Cheap buses stop available 2 mins from an apartment.

The accomodation itself was very authentic, cosy, warm and well equipped. You have huge space in the livingroom with a great view to the mountains. The bathroom was always nice and warm because of the floor heating. There are some shops and nice local restaurants walking distance. Every part of the apartment was perfectly clean. Even though we felt our stay perfect, I would like to point out some things to improve for the future. 1. The way to the car park during winter period can be very slippery, You must have a snowchain in case of snowy / icy surface!! Someone should pay more attention to keep it driveable. There is no info about it on booking.com, you can only see it at other people’s reviews. (at our arrival 3 cars were stucked) 2. The mattress in our bedroom felt a bit old and soft 3. The “room with fireplace” doesn’t include the wood and you need to look for it for yourself which can take quite some time. It would be a good thing if they’d keep some at the apartment even if it’d cost some extra.

Communication - all the questions I had were answered in Polish and not English. No help from the staff - I asked if there Is a bus, how often it goes, how much cost the taxi more or less to get to the property - received no help at all. I payed for the room with a fireplace and there was no wood. I read about it in comments and asked if we can pay extra for it and I all I received was that I can buy it in a glass station (we didn't have a car). Then they provided another polish message with a phone number where you can order it as they would speak English… Photos - was nice, however the house was in front of the street with a view to it, parking lot and other houses (from the photo you get a different Impression). The white sofa in the photo looks really nice, but it changed and it doesnt look as nice as the previous ones - it made me doubt if it‘s the same apartment. NO Shampoo, shower gel. The day of my arrival I had to call one hour before my arrival to one number, I was told that that person will let me in, nobody was there, I didn’t see anyone during my stay. Terrible - I stayed in many apartments through booking but I never had an experience like this before. At 9 pm, tje night before I left I received a Message saying that I have to leave the apartment as clean as it was before (even take the trash out) as those were their rules (they are not on booking, this Information was never sent to me before the payment or before check in; aparently they had written some rules in a folder which was next to the informstion for tourist (we didn‘t check it, we were not indicated to do so), we did clean the Place but just because we don‘t know laws in Poland and nobody from customer survice answered, we feel tricked, they own us money for the cleaning services we provided. When we came apartment wasn‘t clean enough. We stayed in other places in Poland and we never asked to clean. It is ridiculous. Stay away from this place.
