very nice and clean there is a little problem with google map directions google map leads to the back of the apartment where there is no entrance but now I know, so next time I will know how to get there without problems

Little bit far from the centre, once we navigated the local bus that stopped right outside it saved us lots on taxis

Very nice gues house. We got exactly what we booked. It was nice and quiet apartment. Everything was same as it was on the photos. Good price. Spacious bathroom, heather. Kitchen had everything we needed. Strong wifi connection as well. Private parking in front of the house, safe.

More towels are needed definitely. The connection with the host. Everything seemed very well with the messages i exchanged in booking. The day when we had to arrive i received sms from the woman who was supposed to meet us asking in what time we are going to arrive. I asnwered. The instructions i got in booking were that we had to call 1 hour before arrival and so we did. When we arrived at the place it was very hard because i called but the woman spoke only polish. No czech, deutch or english. She was not physically at the location as it was supposed to be which made things very hard for us. I couldnt understand at all her instructions through the phone concidering i do not speak polish. In the end i had to disturb some of the other guests of the house that spoke her language and they found the key in a black box outside which could open only with a code that she was telling them through the phone. . In the end when we had to leave i received again sms saying i should leave the keys at the same box but i did not had the code to open it so i just left them on the door of the apartment. I have been visiting placec with self check in and same peocess and i do not have a problem but in these cases the host should send you the instructions through any message or email. Especially the code for the box with keys. If there was noone to help us there i dont know how we would understand the woman to open the box.

Host asked to pay city fee, just before departure, it was only few zl, but it should be included in price.
