Very spacious, close to the centre, very well equipped, safe area, new building

Bad communication. On the chat they either didn’t reply or when they replied they were writing in Serbian! A 13-14 year old boy who didn’t speak very well English came for the check in. Bad communication resulted in misunderstandings about the check out. Cash only payment method is a minus! EV car charging station listed in the facilities is misleading. No EV charging on premises. There is an EV charger close to the apartment which is out of order. The sheets on the beds were not made.
