Комфортно, чисто, зручно, все було добре 👌

Може бути для когось зашумно, дуже чути сусідів, але нам це не мішало) Єдиний неприємний момент - це те, що бронювання було зроблене пізно ввечері за день до заїзду і ми не оплатили (а власниця очікувала оплати наперед, як я дізналася потім), а зранку власниця повідомила, що бронювання скасоване, і той номер зайнятий… хоча на букінгу моє бронювання ще висіло як актуальне 🤷‍♀️ на щастя, нам запропонували інший такий самий номер без балкону, хоча за ту саму ціну, що й міг бути з балконом - все вийшло нормально, але це було неприємно, зовсім не клієнтоорієнтовано… переважно на оплату дають час цілу добу, а не віддають номер іншим…
