У апартману је било 30 степени, 3 спрат, поткровље, чак ни током ноћи ни јутра апартман се није могао расхладити. Није функционалан за 4 особе, највише 3 особе, због малог дневног боравка. Апартман вероватно заслужује и већу оцену, али у зимском периоду. Током лета, дефинитивно није препорука поготово за породице са двоје деце. Због косине (поткровље) ваздух загушљив, лоша циркулација ваздуха.
