El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación, está limpio y cuenta con lo justo y necesario para una estancia corta. Acceso con código hace que sea muy práctico!

Es muy pequeño y apenas tiene ventilación, lo que hace que las 4 toallas que deja el apartamento huelan a humedad y dificulta poder lavar ropa, ya que no se seca dentro, ni siquiera un simple bañador, o acaba oliendo a cerrado. El aire acondicionado no lo pudimos usar porque el mando no funcionaba, así que tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta, lo que resultó incómodo por el ruido de gente y motos durante la noche. Por suerte, solo estuvimos dos noches.Por el mismo precio hay mejores opciones!

L’appartement est idéalement placé, en plein centre-ville tout à proximité (plage, bar, restaurant…). Le propriétaire est très gentil et réactif quand on a besoin de lui. Je recommande cette appartement, nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Comfortable small one room apartment. Nice Bathroom. Central location. Responsive staff.

No wifi. It says so in the ad but since that’s uncommon I didn’t register it. The apartment is on street level, so people can see inside, especially at night. The curtains are very shear. A slight smell from the bathroom until I put a towel on the shower drain.

The property is very well located right in the center of Aguilas, 2 minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and around 5 minutes to the beach. The studio is cozy and has everything you need. There’s no cooking facilities apart from the use of the microwave but is ok, it only requires a bit more planning. I was going to stay only for 6 nights but I ended up staying for 14 and I did fine. I was very grateful to the host for allowing me to check in well before the time stipulated. Communication was always great too.
