Die Größe der Wohnung, 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Eine zweite Toilette. Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Haus mit Aufzug und auch die Wohnung sind sehr Modern und auf dem aktuellen Stand der Zeit.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße deshalb Verkehrslärm wenn die Fenster offen sind oder man auf dem Balkon ist. Der Verkehr hält sich aber Nachts in Grenzen und ist auch wirklich nur störend wenn man seine absolute Ruhe haben möchte.
