Adriatica Apartments

The welcome was very warm, and the host was kind and helpful. We arrived earlier than planned, but this was not a problem — they were flexible and accommodating. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. One thing that was a bit inconvenient for us was that we came with small children (1 and 3 years old), and on the first evening we were told to keep quiet because the neighbors were sleeping. Unfortunately, it’s not really possible to keep such young children completely silent, and since we came on vacation — not to sleep all day — this made things a bit stressful. Because of this, we felt that the place is not particularly child-friendly. All in all, we had a good time and would still recommend the place.

The apartment was perfect — clean, well-sized, and in a great location. The owner was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved having a good Italian restaurant just around the corner. Highly recommend! !

The location was excellent. There was a stony beach at 5 minutes walk and a much nicer beach, in Brodarica with free parking, showers and free toilets. This one was 5 minutes by car. Kaufland is at 7 minutes by car, Lidl also and the mall from Sibenik at 7 minutes also, by car. The house guest was excellent! The mattress could be better, but maybe we have a sensitive back. The knifes need sharpening. On the other hand, a well equipped kitchen, with microwaves also. The terrace was nice, the balcony also. Overall, we had a really nice experience given the fact that we had our 5 years old son with us.

Friendly host

The apartment is in front of the beach. Solaris is near the city center, you can easily take a ride with the bus. There is a small garden araund the hause (flowers, limet tree). Kitchen is well equiped with all the stuff for cooking. Ther is no microvave, but it still ok. Atmosfere is really good, you are in the nature. Beach is nice, not overcrowded with people. By te Amadria hotel you can take a nice walk, observe the sunset... If you stay in Šibenik I recommend Solaris apartments.

Very kind hosts, and a great welcome. The room was very clean and well prepared for visitors, the location is close to a bus station. There was an AC which helped a lot with the warm weather. I needed an umbrella and the host gave me one for during my stay, they even offered to give me a ride because of the rainy whether. These were very kind small gestures, so I was very happy with the overall attitude of the hosts. There was an anti-mosquito device, which I really appreciated.

The room was quite dark, and I was expecting to find at least some instant coffee, sugar and water in the room but unfortunately there was none. Usually I wouldn't mind, but there is no shop nearby where one can easily buy those. Which brings me to the location - not convenient in terms or grocery shopping, but very close to the beach which is nice. The biggest issue with the room is that the bathroom is very very small. So for the toilet is fine, but then there is a shower with a curtain. There was a drain only on the shower stand, and none on the actual floor, so it gets flooded very easily. It is difficult to prevent that, as the showering space is too small. So especially for ladies that need to wash their hair, this could be quite uncomfortable.
