דירה נחמדה בקומה מעל הבעלים, כניסה נפרדת עם חנייה צמודה, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים, מלא מגבות נקיות, מטבח נעים, מיקום שקט.

כדאי להוסיף מכונת קפה וקפסולות, המזרון של המיטה הזוגית היה לי קשה מדי (יחסית גם למזרונים האחרים).

בית נעים, מסודר ומזמין. בית מרווח עם משחקים לילדים. בעל בית נחמד וזמין לכל בעיה, שם חלב במקרר וקצת נשנושים :)

זו הקומה העליונה של הבית, כאשר יש להם גישה לתוך הקומה הזו. הקומות מופרדות על ידי דלת שבעל הבית יכול להיכנס ולצאת ממנו מתי שהוא רוצה. ולכן אין פרטיות מוחלטת. אנחנו לא הרגשנו בנוח כל כך... בנוסף, יש מדרגות לבית וגדר בטיחות שלא צמודה לרצפה כך שיש רווח שהתינוקת ניסתה לזחול מתחת, כך שלא יכולנו להשאיר אותה רגע לבד
