Appartement spacieux. Belle vue sur la mer. Localisation favorable (proche de la vieille ville et de la Marina). Parking couvert à proximité.

Escalier bruyant et dangereux (on peut se cogner la tête). Eclairage en partie défectueux (une rampe de spots ne fonctionnait pas) et difficile à maitriser. Assez compliqué pour accéder à l'appartement. Il faut nécessairement qu'internet fonctionne sinon... Heureusement, le propriétaire est assez réactif et envoie quelqu'un à la rescousse en cas de besoin...

Die Aussicht

Das Apartment war nicht wirklich sauber, die Türöffnung per Handy hat trotz zahlreicher Telefonate mit dem Vermieter nicht funktioniert und es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dann brach auch noch das Schrankbett, in dem wir schliefen mitten in der Nacht über uns zusammen und nur durch Glück wurde niemand verletzt. Vom Vermieter gab es keine Entschuldigung sondern nur die Nachricht per WhatsApp, dass er uns die Rechnung schicken werde. Wir sind sofort am nächsten Morgen abgereist. Das ganze ist vor allem auch angesichts des hohen Preises eine Unverschämtheit.
