Please note that pets are only allowed in the “Superior Pet Friendly Apartment” room type. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. The property can only accommodate pets weighing up to 12 kg. Pets must be kept on a leash in the property's common areas. All pets staying at the property must have an up-to-date vaccination record. Only dogs are allowed. Cats, birds, reptiles, and other animals are not permitted. A pet fee of €10 per day applies. The room holder must leave a deposit of €100, payable by card or in cash, to cover any potential damage caused by the pet. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure once our staff has confirmed that no damage has occurred in the apartment or on the premises. Please note that this building is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Periodic cleaning of the accommodations is provided, depending on the property. Half board will be a buffet dinner or a buffet served at the table, at the hotel's discretion.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. La amabilidad de los trabajadores de recepción y la profesionalidad de los botones.

El apartamento está muy mal situado, muy mala accesibilidad si vas con carrito o persona con movilidad reducida no es buena opción. No hay servicio de limpieza en los apartamentos, no cambian toallas , no limpian las habitaciones. Es una forma de ganar dinero y así menos personal trabajando. La habitación olía regular. La ubicación lejos de aguadulce, está bien para quien quiera jugar al golf pero si no vas a hacer eda actividad pues tienes que ir en coche a aguadulce o cualquier otro lugar. Cogimos un apartamento por qué no había habitaciones disponibles en el hotel.

Instaciones de 5 estrellas y personal muy amable.

Q tengas q ir a los apartamentos andando por el exterior desde el hotel a los apartamentos, con lluvias y mal tiempo está muy mal.

Lobby hotelului este spațios și grădinile frumos ingrijite.

Am fost cazați în apartamentele din spatele hotelului care nu se ridica la nivelul hotelului, Am mai stat aici acum 2 ani dar am primit atunci camera în clădirea principala ceea ce a fost mult mai bine. Dacă hotelul are 5 stele, apartamentele cred ca merita 3 stele cu indulgență . Sunt situate departe de piscina și trebuie sa mergi prin curte în chiloți pana la piscina , nici macar halate de baie nu primesti ca cei cazați la hotel. Nu se face curat deloc, am stat 2 zile nu a trecut nimeni nici măcar sa ia gunoiul în schimb primești matura și mop. WC nici nu poți sa îl consideri funcțional, pierzi o treime din sejur sa fie eficient trasul apei deși nu mănânci prea mult la restaurantul hotelului pentru ca Micul dejun este saracios, raportat la un hotel de 5 stele, iar alimentele de slaba calitate. Personalul destul de ne prietenos.
