Location is central to Oura and the beach. Good interior areas. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. We got there on a Sunday and the air conditioning was not working and the maintenance manager came to meet us in 15 minutes. He couldn’t fix it and arranged fixing within 24 hours (swapping the old system for a new Air Conditioning unit) and provided us with fans for all rooms while we waited.

In need of a remodeling of the kitchen open space area. Would benefit from an air conditioning unit per room and not a central unit only. Noisy if you leave windows open at night with music coming from nightlife areas not far from the place.

The apartment was lovely and location great . It had everything required except internet

The directions to locate key box where not clear I had to keep contacting to enter building but they sorted in end by sending me a directional video. Would have been appreciated on booking

It was ok clean and tidy u pay for what u get

Ants everywhere in kitchen and bathroom but was some spray what did the trick happy days . And u have to walk to the next block to the swimming pool and wasn’t any beds left

Location central to local facilities. Large bedrooms. Even a dish washer.

Bedrooms could do with redecorating as marks on walls. Master bedroom electrical wall sockets not working.

One room had a balcony ocean view. The kitchen was functional. The apartment provided accommodation for a good visit to Albufiera.

The front door stuck and was difficult to open (a potential fire hazard). There were no instructions on the operation of some of the appliances. There was a strange smell in one of the cupboards in the kitchen. The request for ant traps and sink stoppers was not completed. The pictures describing the location were misleading and deceiving. There were no pictures of the actual entrance. The access to the beach was under construction and would be a cardiac challenge. The condominium Centre was under construction and the pool was not accessible. The electrical for the apartment was overloaded by the electric kettle and blew the main circuit breaker which disabled all of the electrical supply to the apartment. Some of the remote controllers were not functional and needed batteries. The financial administration was remote and strangely unresponsive.

A quiet location with a sea view yet only 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Nicely landscaped pool

Living room is too small to fit 6 guests comfortably. No where to store food in the kitchen . Holes in some bath towels.
