Duplex Sea View by Albufeira Holidays

I stayed at ‘Duplex Sea View by Albufeira Holidays’ Apartments for 7 days in October 23 for an Autumn break with my wife and the in-laws we chose this 2-bedroom apartment due to its proximity to Albufeira old town. We arrived late afternoon and were met by the agent after a short wait and were given a tour of the apartment which was on the 5th Floor, this is located in a private block. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and spacious over 2 floors; the kitchenette had all the necessary equipment, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and hob. The main lounge / diner had a large couch and Smart LCD TV there is also wifi throughout the apartment. There was Air conditioning units in the bedrooms and main living area, which was very effective, although it was late in the season the weather was still warm and therefore essential. There are 2 balconies, the lower floor one has dining table and chairs and 2 comfy loungers, and the 2nd floor balcony has outdoor seating, both areas have artificial grass. The pool area is a short walk down 1 flight of stairs from the apartment and is large with plenty sun loungers (most were still stacked as not used!), they are the usual hard plastic one but there is limited shade, the pool was kept clean, and the area was never busy and always managed to get lounger anytime of the day, so no need to get up early, There is private parking available under the apartment block but at 20 euros an night I felt this was a bit expensive, there is a car park 3 minute walk from the apartment (P1 Albufeira by Telpark) which was just 48 euros for the week. The main centre is about a 5 minute walk down a slight gradient from the main entrance of the apartment block, so you don’t need taxi’s and plenty places to eat and drink close by, there a small pub just outside the apartment (Kegs Bar) which is a nice place to stop for a quick drink on the way home!

Excellent location. Clean apartment with a great view over the sea and the town. Very close to the town. Pool was great. Hosts were very nice too and also very responsive

Small things could have been in the apartment such as bin bags, toilet paper etc.

Great location. Air conditioning through out. Good pool area. Comfortable beds. Helpful host. Washing machine which meant we could travel light.

Not related to the property however facilities to recycle waste such as plastic and cardboard would be appreciated. Especially when using so many bottles of water.

Spacious, comfortable, clean apartment in a fantastic location. Two sunny balconies. Welcome pack left for arrival following late flight. Slippers & robes provided. Transfers to and from airport arranged. Very positive experience, highly recommended. Would definitely return.
