Stunning Apartment with Marina Views

We arrived early and we was able to leave our cases in the room why the room was being prepared, and then we also checked in earlier after asking the host if it was possible. Lovely apartment. Had everything we needed.

We booked this apartment last minute, our host Nuno was brilliant, so helpful and responded quickly to my questions etc. The apartment is in a lovely location, modern and family friendly. It had everything we needed for a short break and it would be ideal for longer stays too. There is air con in the bedroom and in the living room, which is bright and airy with views over the marina. There are some lovely restaurants below the apartments and a well stocked spar.

****PLEASE READ**** Upon arrival, we noticed several issues with the property. The electric socket in the bathroom was hanging off the wall (we have two young children), and the balcony doors could not be opened due to a damaged lock. Additionally, the toilet had been left unclean. On day 4, the property was burgled, and both cash and the safe were stolen, No damage to the front door lock. Furthermore, there was an attempted break-in of our car in the private garage under the property, resulting in damage to both the lock and door. When I informed the owner (Nuno), he was hesitant to contact the police and mentioned that five individuals had keys to the property and nothing like this had ever happened before. Although we did report the incidents, the police stated they could not proceed with an investigation without the owner's consent. Ten days into our holiday (on Thursday, just a few days before our departure on Sunday), the owner finally offered to send someone to change the sheets and towels while we were out. I declined, given everything that had already happened. In response, he became upset and claimed that I had no proof that his staff had acted improperly. On the day of checkout, Nuno reached out to offer me a complimentary 4-night stay at one of his apartments for next year, stating that he "didn’t feel responsible" for the issues we faced. I declined the offer. Not once did he call to the property or meet with us to apologize for the incidents.

Easy to go to the old town , nice walk , the view is superb on the marina and a nice pool , if you have any question the host respond straight away .

they were a big concert it was a little bit noisy , but it was only 2 nights .

Comfortable stay in clean apartment with views on the marina and pool. Good location for families and if you travel by car as indoor parking is invluded.
