We have kitchen facilities and could make our own breakfast some days and eat out others

That there was no reception available for when you needed clean towels and any other information required. I had to text Ana who was very helpful but took time to get back to me at times

"Great apartment, with a few small issues!"

We were met at the apartment by Ana who let us in and gave us the key. The apartment was modern, fresh, bright and very appealing! Great location, close to the beach and many restaurants.

On.y 1 roll of toilet paper for 5 days, not condiments for cooking, no dishwasher and washing machine detergent/tablets. But the most frustrating things was the Air Con!! It kept returning to 28° every 30 mins, so you had to keep decreasing the temperature. We tried to reset it and asked Ana what we could do. Nothing!! Get it fixed before next summer!!! Oh yes, the beach umbrella was broken, took it to the beach before we realised that it was broken!

Renovated apartment full of accessories and appliances. Great location

Booked for 4 people, we found the second bed (sofa) not made up. The lady who welcomed us did not speak English and did not provide us with the requested information (eg. Info for parking). Opening the sofa bed, it was broken, we had to insist with more requests for intervention to return to solve the problem and we had to help her to be able to use the bed booked and paid for!
