L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla, fuori dalla confusione del centro di Albufeira, ma in posizione piuttosto comoda per raggiungere in auto le varie località della costa. È molto funzionale, arredato con gusto e praticità, estremamente pulito e curato e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per una piacevole vacanza, merito anche della piscina del residence e del parcheggio privato: non manca nulla. Marisa è una host molto gentile, precisa e disponibile.

I servizi (supermercati, ristoranti, bar o negozi etc) non sono però raggiungibili a piedi.
