We liked the location! It was nearby the most popular sightseeing activities. You will save a lot of money on transport, because you can walk to everything. The customer service was also very good! They are always ready to help you if you have a question or request! If I ever come back, I will probably book this appartement again. This was the best one so far! Especially if you look at the cost in combination with the quality, you will get what your money is worth! Thank you very much for having us! It was so good, that this will be the first time that we don't give feedback on booking.com! Ciao!

Lage und Zimmer super komfortabel.

Wohnung finden katastrophe, Schlüssel bzw. Check-in auch katastrophe. Duschwasser ging nicht immer.

It was so easy to check-in and pick up keys they sent so video to show you how and where to get the keys.

Size of apartment, location.

Arrival was dreadful, link did not work.their helpline rude and useless.even local taxi driver did not understand location/entrance/keyboard location different to apartment location.helplibe just laughed and assumed I was stupid. Swimming pool was filthy and unused, would never stay there again.no cleaner, towels bad quality. Not enough toilet rolls.

Decent size for 2-3 people, 2 bathrooms, good location for the strip

aircon in the living room didn’t work and apartment gets super hot. When we contacted the host about this they said we can’t have it on for “security” reasons (blatantly untrue, it had an error message indicating the fault), then totally ignored our request for it to be fixed. It was 37 degrees inside. Ironically this “security” concern didn’t extend to having a balcony door lock (the lock had been forcibly broken and simply not repaired) so we had people come in and steal stuff from the living room (inc an expensive portable speaker). The location of the balcony and us being on the 1st, not ground floor makes this robbery seem rather convenient… how did they know to climb up straight to our balcony I wonder… The bed was awful. Somehow hard but unsupportive at the same time. I can sleep anywhere but even I had issues and we both got really bad backs which lasted days after our stay. The single bed in the living room is comfier but w/o aircon it was way too hot to sleep in there. The pool is terrible. basically completely shaded due to the closeness of the next place (unavoidable) and though there is a filter running it was not cleaned and lots of leaves/grime on top + broken sun beds (avoidable) so we used a friends pool instead. Host not helpful or considerate and tbh seems rather dodgy. Their response when we told them we were robbed was not of concern but to try to blame us indirectly. Book at your own peril!!
