Apartamento luxo e sossego

The location was great. A 3 minute walk to the marina and a beautiful coastal walk to the old town. The bus stop was right outside the condo complex….The tour buses picked us up right there.

The only thing was the safe didn’t work.

The apartments were great and had everything you would need we were a family of 4 adults 2 kids.The kids loved the pools and we could watch from our terrace.Gated area gave peace of mind too.The apartments are 10 minute walk to go for the dolphin and cave tour boat and local restaurants and bars.Its about a 20 minute walk or very cheap uber to the old town.I would highly recommend these apartments.

One of the security guards (unfortunately we didn’t catch his name) was incredibly helpful when one of our group needed a hospital visit due to burnt feet. He was supportive, good company, and made a stressful situation easier. The pool and facilities were very good. The location was also excellent – the marina was close by, with plenty of shops, groceries, and breakfast spots which we visited most days. It was also only 10–20 minutes from Newtown and the old town, which made it very convenient. Despite being close to everything, it was also quiet, and we got good rest every night. The apartments seemed to be a mix of holiday rentals and homes for locals, so there was a friendly mix of nationalities (English, Irish, Portuguese, Germans, and ourselves being Scottish). Overall, the property met expectations and provided a solid standard. The late check-in process worked smoothly, the pickup was well organised, and the owners (Elisabete and Paulo) were accommodating, friendly, and good communicators. The welcome booklet in the apartment was also a nice touch and very handy. We left a €10 tip for our stay I personally took few photos of the property so the photos attached may not be of too much use.

Some aspects could be improved: • The sunbeds were quite old and could do with replacement. • The WiFi didn’t work during our stay (although in fairness, we never reported this at the time). • Cleanliness was almost spotless, but a few hairs were found here and there. • We had to pay an additional £50 late check-in fee, which we later realised was listed in advance, but we hadn’t noticed before booking. • On two occasions we saw cockroaches (one in the hallway and one on the bed). We don’t believe this was an infestation, more likely just chance. While these points may sound negative, none of them ruined the holiday, and overall it was still a very satisfactory stay.

Location was not bad. Our apartment was on the ground floor and it was very convenient for kids go to the swimming pool , we could also have breakfast/dinner on terrace.

Our apartment could have some renovation and good cleaning. Dishwasher doesn’t wash well.

Lovely clean apartment. Great location. Lovely pool. Handy road train if you don’t fancy walking to the old town.

A broken towel rail and toilet roll holder in one bathroom but nothing major. It’s a shame the pool rules are so strict (no inflatables/balls) but understand that they have to draw the line somewhere to avoid raucous behaviour.

the complex had no parasols...very poor considering the hot sunshine..some 32 degrees.
