Location was good and the fact that it was a new building.

After a 3-hour trip with our 4-year-old child, we arrived to find the apartment in an unacceptable state. Clearly uncleaned, as nothing had been arranged with the cleaners. We immediately called the contact number provided, but despite numerous attempts, no one ever answered. We eventually reached the host, who apologized and said they would try to resolve the situation. However, while I was expressing my frustration, an angry and rude man suddenly joined the call and began yelling at us. This was both unprofessional and upsetting. We arrived at 16:00 but could only use the apartment three hours later. When we finally returned, the door was left wide open, no one was present, and no one had contacted us to let us know it was ready. On top of this, the double bed did not have appropriate bedding, just two individual sheets placed together. The lack of organization continued on checkout day. We were never given instructions for returning the keys or other procedures. At 9:50, someone knocked and entered the apartment to fix a door that had already been broken before our arrival, something no one had mentioned to us. The apartment itself is on the ground floor next to the building’s main entrance, which operates with a beeping code system. This means very little privacy and a constant noise every time someone enters the building. Overall, the logistics, communication, and professionalism were far below expectations, making this a stressful and disappointing stay.

Great location. Spotless clean and well equipped. 10 minutes walk to strip at Falesia and also Açoteias so lots of options in the evenings.

Terrace on the small side and right by main door so not private .

Nice apartment with good location. Walking distance to Falesia beach and Olhos de Agua center with restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool at top floor was also great.

The pots and pans were a little old and didn't work well with the inductive oven.
