Varandas do Mar by Sunny Deluxe

Instuctions and access to the apartment were very clear and easy. The apartment was spotless, clean, and has fantastic views. The location was excellent, only a 2 min walk into the square. The apartment was well furnished and had everything you would need and more. It was exactly as described. We will definitely go back.

Nothing. The 2nd bedroom had no window. Maybe some form of natural light would be good.

Second bedroom has no window, this can be easily overlooked as the location is very central and other rooms in the app are spacious and airy.

The view and location were good. Kitchen has lots of dishes and cooking pots.

The apartment smells musty and old. The living room furniture is really old and very uncomfortable! Main bed is old and small. Towels are garbage! Kitchen small appliances are old and broken although they still work. Too much personal clutter left by owner.

Amazing location and quality apartment. The balcony has an amazing view and it gets drenched in sunlight even in December. Super-clean communal swimming pool and sun-bathing area which we had to ourselves over Christmas. We'd definitely stay again!

The only minor issue was getting in contact a few days before our arrival. We would have liked to have had a slightly more personal touch than some of the set messages we received through Booking.com's chat service. However, all was good on our day of arrival, and the host answered my queries directly once we were settled, and access to the flat couldn't have been easier.

Apartment in a perfect location with a wonderful view

The furniture is a bit too old, and the whole apartment is a bit old-finished. It was a deluxe apartment 25 years ago when it was fresh but now is just a simple apartment, so I think the name deluxe should be removed. It's just a simple apartment with a wonderful view.

Facilities offered, location. Felt like a home.

Key pad numbers difficult to read on 1st entry and lockup at end of holiday. I feel the owners on hearing this will sort it quickly. All contact with the designated management agent of the property, family and support staff was excellent.
