Our apartment was close to reception

Mold everywhere holes in roof the washing machine wouldn’t work the dishwasher was filthy with mold on curtains dirty couches we were going to change hotels but obviously wouldn’t have got the money back. One day we got locked out of apartment and messaged the host we were left for hours with no key we requested a baby cot and didn’t get it.. resort it’s self was so quiet no kids club no heated pool restaurant closest to us was closed full time .. a real disappointment considering it was our first holiday.. wouldn’t recommend

Nothing at all!

There was no oven which was in the advertisement. The hobs didn’t work of the cooker. The fridge didn’t chill the food properly therefore went off and had to be thrown out. The fridge is old and all rusty. There is a basin under the sink because of a leak. The toilet seat is completely broken and the toilet itself rocks completely off the floor which is very dangerous. The beds are very uncomfortable. There is no hot tub which was advertised as a main feature of the apartment. The only source of heating for the livingroom ext was a wee heater fan. There was a heather in the bedroom that also didn’t work. Overall it was a complete false advertisement. When messaged the host she completely ignored the fact that there was a cooler ect advertised and there was none here!

It was a great complex with 3 swimming pool and 40 minutes walk to the old town
