No breakfast is included. Owner was there to greet us with a bottle of wine and assistance to the private garage space.

Our landlord was waiting for us. Our plane was delayed. Our landlord was very friendly, very flexible, and everything worked out to our complete satisfaction. The apartment's location is very central. The beach and the old town are very close. The apartment's amenities exceeded our expectations. We can recommend this location without exception.

Excellent location, host was wonderful, this property exceeded our expectations in every way, the kitchen is fully equipped the beds and bathroom also, wifi and TV just loved it.

So muss Urlaub sein! Ein sehr freundlicher und netter Gastgeber, eine sehr saubere, voll ausgestattete komfortable Wohnung - sogar inklusive Einkaufstaschen oder Sonnenschirme. Betten und Bettwäsche ausgezeichnet. Der Parkplatz auch für größere Autos gut geeignet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch für Reisende ohne Auto perfekt - der Busbahnhof ist direkt an der Wohnung, diverse Läden und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Wer möchte, kommt auch zu Aldi oder Lidl zu Fuß hin. Der Weg zum Strand dauert wenige Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist trotz lebhafter Lage ruhig. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Un gioiellino vicino all'oceano. Appartamento davvero splendido, molto spazioso, con due camere da letto, due bagni, due terrazzi, dotato di tutti gli accessori, super pulito, in posizione strategica per arrivare a piedi in spiaggia. Comodo il supermercato di fronte al palazzo e il posto auto nel garage.

As Returning guests we love this apartment. So close to old town square and a lovely area of albufeira. As it’s mostly flat to walk to the restaurants it works out perfectly for my elderly mother. Lots of places in albufeira are on hills so would be hard for her to get around without a taxi.

I liked everything so nothing to report here.

I had a great stay at this apartment in Albufeira! The location was excellent — close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment was well-equipped with lots of amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
