Studio near the beach

What a wonderful place to stay, perfect for holiday, from bathroom to balcony, everything is setup in the right place no disturbance, noise etc, air con worked right

the studio apartment was extremely clean, which made us feel very comfortable. It’s suitable for a one- or two-night stay. The location is excellent—just a few meters from the Old Town, with a supermarket right next door and the Flixbus stop right behind the building. The apartment is also within walking distance to the sea. The air conditioning worked very well. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. Every small detail—such as the bed linens, towels, kitchen sponge, and even the bathroom tiles—was spotless. These touches definitely added to our comfort.

The overall condition of the apartment was not ideal. Most of the furniture and equipment were quite old. The frying pan was deeply scratched, which might not be safe for health. One of the main reasons we chose this place was the availability of an iron, but unfortunately, the ironing board was very unstable and the iron left black marks on our clothes. The lighting was poor—there was no ceiling light, only wall lamps, and the kitchen area was too dark. The towels were of very low quality; they became soaking wet after just one use. There were also some other practical issues: there was no power socket in the bathroom, which made it difficult to use a hairdryer or electric shaver. The clothes-drying rack had several broken wires. Communication with the host was also a bit difficult. We truly appreciated being allowed to check in early—thank you for that. However, when we asked for a secure place to store our luggage after check-out, we never received a reply. (Note: check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00, so keep this in mind.) In summary, while the location, cleanliness, and some level of comfort were great, many items in the apartment were outdated and need renewal for a better guest experience.
