Apartamento ROSA Beach Old Town

The apartment was very spacious and had everything u need right down to cooking facilities, my kids loved the pool were the sunshined on it all day the host was lovely and very attentive definitely be booking again, also 5 min walk down hill to the main square so perfect for walks to the beach, great out door space for eating at night in the porch.

The apartment is lovely and plenty of space, and looks like it was recently renovated and decorated.

The pool area is very tired and needs renovated.

Muy bien situado, con parking. Piso muy grande y cómodo, amplio y con un gran salón y una gran terraza. La dueña del piso es agradable y dispuesta a solucionar las necesidades que pueden surgir. Muy recomendable.

Very spacious apartment, nice pool, great facilities

The apartment is situated within 5 minutes of the main Old Town Square, with a supermarket only 2 minutes away. It's a quiet area as the noise of bars/restaurants are at least two streets away. The pool downstairs is wonderful, and meant that we had no pressure to constantly go to the beach. Having said that, the beach is only 6 or 7 minutes walk and is a beautiful place with several shops/restaurants and lounger/kabana/parasol hire available. The apartment is well appointed, with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything anyone could need and the livingroom has ample seating. The shower in the main bathroom is truly wonderful with a waterpressure that I have seldom found in a property. All in all, We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend it to anyone; a family or a group of friends.

You will need to be ambulatory and capable of walking on uneven ground. This is not attached specifically to the apartment, but more in a general sense of Albufeira. The cobbled streets are beautiful but are highly polished (from footfall) and the steep hills can make this a challenge for some.

A lovely spacious apartment, in a quiet location not too far from centre of Old Town and beach. Only a couple of small issues need remedying for it to get 10/10 score. Definitely would recommend to Families especially. 2 Minute walk to Merlin’s Bar and Eddies.

We were a group of 5 ladies and were only given 1 key and told to use key security box, which the key fob was too big to fit inside. The Door Bell/intercom did not work so I missed a flower delivery my sister had sent for my birthday. The Cooker Hob was faulty, as stopped working near the end of our stay. One of us sustained an injury so went to use first aid kit provided and it was so old the contents were deteriorating. We had to clear the pool of dead leaves and the poolside area didn’t look like it had been swept or cleaned in weeks, which really let the property down.

The position was good .handy for the old town and not too noisy at night. Aircon worked well.

The apartment was old and everything was a bit shabby and tired. Some lights didn't work,the fridge flooded in the bottom,the towels were small and thin,no information on anything( the area,dealing with rubbish,things in the apartment) no real welcome items like milk,coffee ,tea etc. I think the owners need too up their game.
