Please note use of the heated pool and spa facilities have an extra cost. Please note that it is not possible to bathe in the lake, but only practice water sports. During low season, the restaurant is only opened on weekends. All Chilean citizens, resident foreigners and foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Rates and additional fees must be paid in local currency. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates. The huge crystal lagoon is for non-powered water sports only, (e.g. kayaking, windsurfing, etc.) Swimming is not allowed except in a very small area next to the lagoon and during summer high season only (approx. December 15 to March 15) The on-site restaurants are open only during weekends and Chilean holiday periods outside of summer high season.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Con mi familia pasamos unas hermosas vacaciones! El departamento es muy cómodo, tiene hermosa vista al complejo desde el balcón (que cuenta con seguridad para niños) y además ofrece kayaks, chalecos y remos para navegar en la laguna. Ricardo muy amable y servicial atendiendo a nuestras consultas. Las instalaciones en general ofrecen todo lo que necesitas para una gran estadía: piscinas al aire libre, playas con tumbonas, sombrillas y guardavidas, laguna, cafés, restaurantes, canchas de voley, fútbol y tenis, varias plazas de juego para niños, estacionamiento privado y también de visitas, etc. Frente al complejo hay un supermercado y también un parque de diversiones. El personal del complejo fue muy atento en todo momento.

Sólo sugiero cambiar los colchones, al menos el de la cama matrimonial y mejorar un poquito la limpieza.

"Cómodo y buena atención"

El dpto cómodo y limpio, la ubicación del dpto accesible. Contaba con lo suficiente para tener una buena estadía en familia(aunque fue corta) también me aceptaron poder hospedarnos con mi perrito. El propietario/anfitrión una calidad de persona, estuvo atento, me ayudo aclarar dudas con respecto al pago, lo recomiendo! Espero regresar pronto!

"Great location but unable to swim in the big pool for some reason"

This is a lovely location and the owner was very helpful.

I went to this location because I wanted to swim in what was the world's largest pool. (I think it's now the second largest). However, for some reason, you are not allowed to swim in the long pool without "special permission". Instead, you are only allowed to swim in the small pools around the edge. While the long pool is used by kayaks and windsurfs, I cannot see any good reason for not allowing swimming in the long pool. A friendly member of staff took me to the admin department to try to get permission but we hit a confusing, bureaucratic problem. While this was not a major problem, it was a shame.

"Estafa"

La persona dueña del departamento no contestó mis llamadas, ni mensajes. Esperé dos horas fuera del departamento y no pude hospedarme en el lugar. Ha sido la peor experiencia en Booking. Es una estafa lo que ocurrió.
