The location of the apartmant is very good.

Hello. The best was that the place is very close to town centre.

I tried to call the staff ,but no answer. We found 2no insects (cockroach ,in spanish Cucaracha) in the apartment. Toilet was broken and only 2no forks on site. Good value for money ,thats true. But needs more care, I think. And I expected bedroom as separate room ,but maybe its booking.com fault as I have choosen 2 rooms and 3 adults. The rest was great. Thank you.

Metal staircase to other flats is noisy at night.

I liked communication with the owner. It was prompt and with all of the necessary information readily available. Good internet. Easy to check-in at any time you wish, as you have access to door code and room key. Clean towels.

We all want to rest when we rent a place. For good rest we want piece and comfort. We also expect the place to be clean. This particular apartment doesn't provide you with much of anything. Bed linen's were dirty with other people's hair - long and short. Kitchen pots, pens, dishes were dirty, as well as damp and smelly towel. Shower fixture is lose and leaking water on the wall. Shower drain is plugged and shower gets full of water with a risk of water running on the bathroom floor. Bathroom smells like sewage. The apartment is right by the church, so when church rings bells, you hear it all. Also it's in the middle of the square, so you hear everything if you open the window. Lucky there is AC, so you can turn AC on instead of opening window, this will take care of some noise. Mattress - side which is closer to the shower is done. Very uncomfortable to sleep.

Location was good and apartment was nice.

The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Also the walls are very thin, so you can hear people snoring behind the wall and the stairwell door closing. The deposite system is also very unclear, the staff does not communicate with each other, so it is impossible to understand if they received your money and if they sent it back. The staff also text back in spanish even though we communicate in english.
