1. The owner is from russia, maybe it would be a significant aspect for some future guests. Does not speak english well enough, during the conversation asked weird questions and seemed to be drunk. 2. The stated check-out time was at 11:00 am, but the owner demanded it at 10:00 am for no reason. 3. There was only one set of bedding in the apartment despite the reservation for two persons. I do not recommend these apartments whatsoever.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent—she was very kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location of the apartment was also perfect, close to everything and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

There was a bad odor on entering the apartment. The shower was hand held. Lack of kitchen utensils is egg turner paper towels.

It was cold, very cold. You have just one tiny sheet to sleep under, and some blankets with mysterious stains that only god knows when they were last washed. It was out of the question to sleep under these blankets. Bed has heated matrace but I it isn't enough if the room is freezing cold. There were other noisy heaters that you would really not sleep around with if they were on. Plus there were two nights without electricity so there goes your heating. The floors were dirty. You couldn't change clothes without stepping on the floor and getting your feet dirty. Noise, lots of noise. Day and night. From the road. From the neighbors. The walls are paper thin, you could hear the whole conversation the neighbors were having. As well as a TV and a radio... Seaview is a joke. The kitchen doesn't have any quipment. Nothing to make your coffee in, no kitchen towel (had to use bathroom towel there), no knives, it's usless altogether if you plan to cook. Cold water. We came late night, sweaty, smelly from all day hike and there is only cold water. Only the next day we were informed you need to actually start boiler to heat water. It was very 'comfortable' night, apart from being cold we were also itchy. Dirty beach, maybe not the fault of the owners (unless they are local). I booked this palace to spend as much time as possible on the beach that is advertized to be close, just to end up driving elsewhere everyday, beacase the local beach made me scared to walk barefoot around (among other things). The elevator didnt work. There was a washing maschine but no detergent, it isn't exactly practical to expect people are bringing their own detergents for short beach holiday. Basically feel pretty cheated, if I have paid for this accomodation half the price it would still be a rip off.

Could not find the location easily. After trying to get phone service and finally getting in touch with the very rude owner of this property who was screaming at us we found the lock box and let ourselves in. The apartment is muggy and smells. Old and has an air conditioner that barely works. We make a u turn and exited the apartment immediately. I requested a refund being we did not spend even 5 minutes in this apartment and have yet to get an answer.
