Providence Cottage a Sussex boutique retreat for two

Location and amenities were really good. Jade communicated well and was very informative. Accommodation was lovely and clean and the little sun terrace was a bonus

Absolutely beautiful cottage . The attention to detail and the high standards were most welcome! Just exceptional ! Fantastic host . Making my boyfriend’s birthday perfect with the little added extras. Nothing was too much trouble . Courtyard is so peaceful. Just a lovely little find . Didn’t want to go home!

Absolutely nothing!

This beautifully appointed cottage is a little gem. Absolutely everything you could wish for and the host Jade has thought of everything. Wonderful high end fittings , and such gorgeous finishing touches. We have already made enquiries about dates to go back! The host communication was superb and was so kind and accommodating with our needs. Such tranquility, yet right in the heart of so many amenities. We will be back without doubt. Beautiful.

Having to leave!

Jade is a very affable and attentive host who takes great pride in her property, a property that affords a clean, comfortable and cosy space after a long day (in my case) working in the area. Angmering is also a beautiful West Sussex village, oozing olde world charm. It's a pity I didn't have more free time here to take advantage of what the village has to offer.

Nothing.

It was homely with a touch of something special. It had absolutely everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, had the best nights sleep. The sofa was also super comfy and perfect for a nap before going out. The host was amazing, so helpful with greeting us and advising us of nice little places to go. She also treated us to a bottle of wine and some tea cakes which we were so grateful for! The whole town was lovely and we both agreed we’d love to go back.

The only thing I’d have liked would have been a light of some kind by the gate to the path that leads up to the cottage. This is only due to my fear of spiders/cobwebs in the dark but we were fine using my phone torch.

Property nicely presented and worked well.

The bed was a little small and a bit soft. There was no parking, hence for Goodwood it was not possible to bring a classic car. It is understood that the owner may have other options if discussed in advance.

Brilliant, cosy cottage retreat. A very well appointed home from home, super comfy and perfectly placed for lots of different day trips/excursions. We had the best time - thank you!

Everything felt really good quality and clean. Beautiful finished property!

The large chair in the kitchen looks good but was tricky to eat at the table from. This made 2 people eating together a little challenging.

Location was perfect for us, peaceful and quiet, all you could hear was birdsong. Lovely small village, locals all very friendly, The Local pub is very nice. (The Lamb at Angmering)
