The host is very lovely, kind and helpful. They have a breakfast basket for the visitors and the apartment is located in a beautiful spot of ano syros

We booked for three days and decided to leave after one day. This was due to several reasons. We felt like there was not a proper shower and the bathroom did not smell so good, also to us the apartment smelled like cats and it was not close to many places. I do have to say that Ano Syros is amazing and this is a good place to spend the night if you are going there for a day. The reason why we also changed our booking was because it was extremely hot during our stay and there was no beach closeby to cool of.

The host, Armin, was so kind and helped me with my luggage when I arrived and then when I left. The breakfast was nice, although I would have preferred less sugary options and maybe fruit instead. The homemade jam was nice though. :) I found it to be a nice and quiet apartment with a few cat friends outside to greet me in the morning. I had everything I needed with the fridge and small stove and toaster. The trip down to the main town, Ermoupoli, is a bit tricky, but OK if you wish to challenge yourself to a good workout with many steps and nice scenery on the way there and back. It's about 20 minutes each way, but perhaps half an hour if you pace yourself. :) It's worth it if you like to experience the culture.

The queen bed springs were protruding a bit but the smaller bed was more comfortable.

To get the real "Ano Syros experience", this is your choice! An old two-level home right up at the top of the hill with wonderful views from the surrounding stepped streets. The 'breakfast basket' was very welcome too and we were also met at the port by our friendly host.

We liked everything but it really is at the top of the hill if you don't like steps!

Everything about our stay in Angelica in Ano Syros was amazing. We felt like we were staying in our grandma's house. The hospitality of yaya Antonella was wonderful; she really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The homemade fig jam was the cherry on the cake! Thank you for everything 🥰

It was a cosy stay in a traditional property in the old town. The facilities were great, and the host was so welcoming, nothing to complain about!

A heads up you need to be fairly fit to get to the property as is involves steps for access

The host was fantastic and provided great assistance. Great breakfast basket. This is a small apartment up in Ano Syros. Be prepared for stairs and a bathroom on the ground floor. It is small and compact. It was a great way to experience this lovely part of the island.
