Fidias city rooms

The location is absolutely fabulous, it was great value for money and the staff were wonderful!

Nothing it was all great

Every thing was perfect.The room was spotless with lovely views , lovely hot shower,comfortable bed.Location perfect ,so close to ferry for a trip to Lixouri,by the harbour for a boat trip and to the bus stop ,and all the restaurants and shops are very near by All the staff were brilliant and the Captains Table Restaurant below served a complimentary breakfast every day .You also get a discount when you dine in the restaurant.We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Argostoli.A very big thank you to Dionysis and all the staff for a wonderful stay .We look forward to coming again.

Having to leave it to return home .

You collect your keys from The Captains Table restaurant underneath the Fidias Rooms and the host is very helpful as it is a family run business. The room was a nice size for a city studio apartment. The kitchenette has most things that you might need to prepare simple meals, though no cork screw😉. We had the side Seaview room which was great as you got to experience the busy atmosphere of the shopping mall/ restaurants below plus look over the harbour. In addition, it is in shade in afternoon. The bed was comfortable and pillows gave 2 options. The shower was nice once you remember to turn on the water heater. The hosts also offer a cooked breakfast for no additional charge. There are many options like scrambled eggs, omelette or pancakes plus coffee, tea or juice. Making this hotel good value for money. Highly recommend. The Captsins Table is also a nice place to have dinner overlooking the harbour. In addition the balcony doors are quite sound proof so if you close at night you will not be disturbed by any noise. Parking is only on street or nearby parking lots which are all free. A bonus is Fidias Rooms has a lift!

In Greece everyone smokes so our neighbours were smoking on the balcony but this is not the hosts fault.

Breakfast was lovely, good choice of food. The young lady that served breakfast was so lovely. ( sadly don’t know her name) The room was spotless and had a lovely view of the harbour. Spotlessly clean, the towels were changed daily. Great location with lots of shops and eating places in walking distance . The captains table (where breakfast is served) does some lovely food. It was lovely to watch all the tripper boats coming and going.

To be fair there’s nothing that really springs to mind, we had a lovely stay.

Centrally located within a few minutes walking distance to the main square, shops, bars & restaurants. It was nice to have a balcony with sea view whilst being in the center of town.

Additional insulation around the bedroom door would be a plus.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten ich die Sauberkeit im gesamten Haus – alles war top gepflegt. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal, sodass man viele Ziele bequem erreichen kann. Eine positive Überraschung war zudem, dass das Frühstück bereits im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen war. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gemacht.
