Vera è una host eccezionale, disponibile per ogni richiesta ed esigenza. L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di ogni comfort e elettrodomestico, come macchinetta del caffè a cialde (cialde nuove date ogni giorno), ferro da stiro, lavatrice. Viene pulito come in un albergo ogni giorno. Sono forniti asciugamani per il mare (cambiati ogni due giorni), borsa frigo e ciabattine. La colazione nel giardino è ottima e variegata. Vera ci ha fornito alimenti senza lattosio per le nostre esigenze. Quando abbiamo avuto delle escursioni presto ci ha dato tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione in camera. La posizione è ottima, di fronte al Ferry Boat per Lixouri (con i vetri chiusi non si sente nulla). Parcheggio sempre disponibile e ristoranti e pub raggiungibili a piedi. C'è anche un market sotto casa per esigenze last minute. Vera ci ha anche fornito un documento per spiegarci l'isola e organizzare al meglio un itinerario. Vacanza indimenticabile ❤️🇬🇷

Staying at Rouchotas Apartment was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A special mention goes to Vera, our host. She is simply amazing — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Her hospitality made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. The breakfasts were exceptional — fresh, delicious, and made with care. Every morning felt like a treat. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet close to everything. Whether you’re exploring the area or just looking to unwind, this place has it all. Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking, stop thinking and just do it. Rouchotas Apartment is a gem, and you absolutely won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back

The property has great location, close to all facilies of the city. The householder Vera was very nice, my arrival & departure were smooth. The rooms have very nice big balcones with sea view. Very nice breakfast ! You can go to see turtles in the morning, it's just 5 min from the house. I also highly recommend to take the boat trip of 'Dreamy cruises' (also 5 min walk from the house, opposite the Eurobank building) to go to White Rocks beach (it doesn't access for you if you go by car), it is amazing. Vera recommended "Captain's table' for the dinner and it was really good, so I could also recommend it. It's also very close to the house.

La signora Vera è un’host davvero premurosa e attenta: non ci ha fatto mancare nulla durante il soggiorno e si è dimostrata molto gentile anche con il nostro chihuahua, offrendogli del cibo fatto in casa. Anche la colazione è stata buona e curata.

La posizione dell’appartamento è comoda e centrale, ma purtroppo molto rumorosa: proprio di fronte c’è un traghetto che parte ogni mezz’ora, anche di notte, e il rumore è costante. A causa di questo, abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre le finestre chiuse e l’aria condizionata accesa, anche quando non sarebbe stato necessario. La pulizia
